The OSLC OP ReSpec (tab-respec on GitHub) has been updated to use this mailing list (oslc-op@...) as the default address to which non-members are invited to send comments. You can override this by setting conf variables:

1. If conf.wgPublicList is not set, but conf.wgShortName is set (it defaults to oslc-op), the mailing address is set to {{wgShortName}}@lists.oasis-open-projects.org
2. If conf.wgPublicList is set, the value of that variable is used unaltered.
