I have reviewed Andrew's
pull request for ReSpec changes to URI generation, and merged it with my
own changes into master (ReSpec 2.1.4). In doing so, I have restored the
handling of previousMaturity and previousPublishDate - if you set those
conf variables, they will show up in the 'Previous' URIs section of the
header.
