As a Project Specification, Quality Management Version 2.1 is a Project
Standards Final Deliverable, approved and ready for adoption and
implementation as well as submission as a candidate for OASIS Standard.

Staff will now publish the specification to the OASIS library and notify
you when it is ready.

Congratulations to all on reaching this milestone. Yours is the first
Project Specification approved under the OASIS Open Projects program.
