Formal notice of intent to publish QM PS01

Dear PGB members,

The rules require us to notify you at least 14 days before submitting the ballots for the spec drafts publication. We are hereby notifying you of the OP intention to publish OSLC Quality Management Project Specification 01 in 2 weeks’ time.

Working draft can be found here: https://oslc-op.github.io/oslc-specs/specs/qm/quality-management-spec.html

The work is tracked in the following issues where you can leave comments at any time:

Andrew, just a reminder. I have to run a Special Majority Vote for the PGB to approve PS01.

Sure, that's the same process we used before for PSDs? 14 days notice, then a ballot is opened on https://lists.oasis-open-projects.org/g/oslc-op-pgb/search?q=%23poll&ct=1 and an issue is filed with https://github.com/oasis-open-projects/administration/issues/new/choose and after 7 days we comment on that issue with the vote tally, right?

Or do you have another process for PS?

Same basic process except that for the PS SMV, I have to run the ballot for you.
