OSLC Core v3.0 and Change Management v3.0 are now approved as Project Specifications

We are pleased to announce that the Special Majority Vote to approve OSLC Core v3.0 and Change Management v3.0 as Project Specifications has closed and passed. Change Management v3.0 received 3 yes votes and 1 abstention. As Project Specifications, OSLC Core and Change Management are Project Standards Final Deliverables, approved and ready for adoption and implementation as well as submission as a candidate for OASIS Standard. Staff will now publish the specifications to the OASIS library and notify you when they are ready. Congratulations to all on reaching this milestone. Dear OSLC OP contributors,
I would like to notify you on behalf of the PGB of the upcoming OSLC RM v2.1 PS01 publication. The new OASIS rules require PGB to notify the OP of the publication 14 days in advance of a special majority set up by OASIS Admin (follow https://github.com/oasis-open-projects/administration/issues/12 for details). As above, the PGB must notify the participants and the Open Projects Administrator of its intent 14 days in advance. After the 14-day notification period, the Open Projects Administrator will conduct a Special Majority Vote of the PGB members. This ballot will be carried out by electronic ballot. Upon its passing, the Administrator will work with the PGB to prepare the final Project Specification, load it to the OASIS library of approved work, and promote the approval. Dear PGB members (CCed), please indicate if you wish to have a meeting or a digital vote as we did before.

Update: we are only allowed to have a PGB meeting to approve PSDs, not PSs. PS requires a ballot set up by OASIS.

Sure, that's the same process we used before for PSDs? 14 days notice, then a ballot is opened on https://lists.oasis-open-projects.org/g/oslc-op-pgb/search?q=%23poll&ct=1 and
an issue is filed with https://github.com/oasis-open-projects/administration/issues/new/choose and after 7 days we comment
on that issue with the vote tally, right?
