Description:
OCA PGB chair Jason Keirstead has requested that the PGB consider to make Cybersecurity Automation (CASP) an official OCA sub-project. The CASP Charter is available here: https://github.com/CybersecurityAutomationWorkshop/caw2022/tree/main/OCA#readme

Please vote below whether you approve of creating this new OCA sub-project, or not.

Per the OCA governing rules this decision requires a Full Majority Vote. The PGB roster currently lists 10 members. In order to pass, at least 6 PGB members must vote yes.
 
The ballot opens immediately. The ballot will close on Wednesday, 25 January 2023 at 24:59 UTC.
 
This ballot is open to the members of the OCA Project Governing Board. I currently see the roster listing the following as eligible to vote:
 
- Jason Keirstead, IBM - Chair
- Mark Mastrangeli, Verily IT
- Adam Montville, Center for Internet Security
- Vaughan Shanks, Cydarm
- Avkash Kathiriya, Cyware
- Brad Thomas, Prophecy International
- Matthew Gardiner, Rapid7
- Duncan Sparrell, sFractal
- Rich Nelson, SAIC
- Ciaran Bradley, EclecticIQ

The ballot to approve the Cybersecurity Automation (CASP) as an official OCA sub-project is closed. The question required a Full Majority Vote. At least 6 affirmative votes were required. The question received 7 affirmative votes so the vote has passed.

OASIS staff will now work with the proposer on the necessary next steps to set up the sub-project.
