Members of the EEA Community PGB;

Please review and vote on the following two proposed changes to the community's governance file. The changes are presented as pull requests on Github.

Please vote your preference for each pull request below listed below. (See the list of eligible voters at the bottom of this ballot.):
 
1. https://github.com/eea-oasis/managed-open-project/pull/67 – clarifies the Special Majority rule for appeals to PGB

2. https://github.com/eea-oasis/managed-open-project/pull/68 – updates requirements for forming a new TSC

 
This ballot requires a Special Majority Vote [1]. The PGB roster currently lists 8 PGB members eligible to vote [2]. In order to pass, at least 6 (2/3 x 8) members have to vote 'Approve' and no more than 2 (1/4 x 8) members may vote 'Reject'.
 
The ballot is open now and will remain open through 6 March 2023 at 23:59 UTC.
 
Please cast a vote below for each of the options: approve, reject, or abstain.
