The chairs have not received any items for discussion at our regularly scheduled meeting for this week and do not have any discussion items of their own.  Following our earlier decision, the chairs are CANCELLING this week's meeting.

HOWEVER, our new governance pull requests are ready.  Expect an e-vote this week on adopting these critical changes.
