The chairs have not received any items for discussion at our regularly scheduled meeting for this week and do not have any discussion items of their own.  Following our earlier decision, the chairs are CANCELLING this week's meeting.

HOWEVER, the chairs (and OASIS) have been making progress on a proposal for attendance requirements in order to retain voting rights.  The goal is to have zero voting impact on those who are active in governance while allowing them to move forward in the presence of PGB members who are inactive.  We anticipate having one or more pull requests ready by the end of this week so we can e-vote on adopting these critical changes.

Our next meeting is scheduled for 10 August, 2022.
